Heart circle is all about offering a safe space where children, teens and adults can just be, where they can safely explore, understand and manage their energy whilst learning life skills like speaking their truth, setting boundaries, managing their behaviour and emotions...SO SO much more!

These classes are designed for the horses to become teachers and guides. You will be taught the way of the horse, how to look after a horse and how to partner with the horse to set boundaries, how to ask for help, how to self-regulate, overcome challenges, think critically, be creative, connect to and understand themselves.

For teens and adults we will take it a step further to help them to be effective communicators, to identify and understand their patterns.

Under 12’s Class - 9am to 10.30am

Teens Class - 11.00am to 12.30pm

Adults - 2pm to 3.30pm
