Heart circle is a safe space where you can drop into your heart and just be. Horses have the most amazing energy, holding the safest of spaces for you to gently and lovingly explore your wounds, your intuition and your light. Horses show up with no judgement or agenda, they simply are at peace in the moment.

Each Circle is uniquely guided by Spirit and the herd. It is an incredibly gentle yet deep and profound experience. The horses will lovingly guide you home to your heart, supporting you to heal inner child wounds, the shadow self, trauma, individual & family patterns whilst discovering your souls purpose and how to step into this.

In order to do this we play and explore with the herd with unmounted activities such as Heart Connections, body scans, boundary and energy exploration exercises, grooming, breathing, liberty, shamanic healing and more.

Our Heart Circle is unlike any horse activity that is out there. We believe that horses are sentient beings and their free will, voice, opinion etc matters. So, our horses have free will and can choose how and when they interact (Except for the non negotiables; The Vet, the farrier, dentist etc which are for their wellbeing) which leads to an even more transformational experience.
